Privacy
What we collect
Your member profile (name, nickname, photo, handicap, home course, country), your email, and for each invitational: your legal name, mobile number, guests' legal names (and kids' ages), room and shirt preferences, proofs of payment, your handicap certificate, passport details (nationality, number, dates) and flights.
Why
To run the trip: the hotel needs legal names for the rooming list, the travel partner needs passport details, and flights decide airport transfers. Everywhere else on the site and app you show up with your member name and nickname only.
Who can see it
Only you and the organisers. Other players only see your member card, and your flights or room number only if you switch sharing on.
Scanning documents
When you scan a passport, booking or handicap certificate, the file is read by an AI service to fill in the form for you. Passport and booking images are not stored; only the details you save are kept.
Where it's stored
In our secure database and private file storage. Files are only opened through short-lived links by you or an organiser.
How long we keep it
Passport details are deleted automatically 30 days after the trip ends. Organisers can also delete them earlier.
Ask for deletion
Email nikkiwalt@icloud.com and we'll delete your details.
